At Balanced Vending Machine, we work hard to ensure your order arrives safely, securely, and on time. Every vending machine is carefully inspected, securely packaged, and shipped through trusted freight carriers across the United States.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship throughout the continental United States.

If you require delivery outside the continental U.S., please contact our team before placing your order to confirm availability and obtain a custom shipping quote.

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is $135 per order.

  • Most in-stock machines ship within 48 hours.
  • Products with extended lead times will display an estimated processing or shipping timeframe on the applicable product page.
  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping charges and delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination, and delivery requirements.

Delivery Method

Vending machines are delivered using commercial freight carriers.

Standard freight delivery may include:

  • Secure freight transportation
  • Curbside delivery
  • Liftgate service when required for residential locations or locations without a suitable loading dock

Customers should ensure that an authorized person is available to receive the shipment and inspect the machine at the time of delivery.

Shipment Inspection

Please carefully inspect your shipment before signing the delivery receipt.

If you notice any visible damage:

  1. Clearly note the damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing.
  2. Take clear photographs of the packaging and vending machine.
  3. Contact Balanced Vending Machine within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist you with the carrier’s freight claim process.

Failure to document and report visible shipping damage promptly may affect the ability to process a freight claim.

Estimated Shipping Times

Estimated transit times vary depending on the delivery destination and carrier schedule.

Typical transit times are:

  • Eastern U.S.: 2–4 business days
  • Central U.S.: 3–5 business days
  • Western U.S.: 5–8 business days

These are estimated transit times only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier schedules, holidays, transportation conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

Additional carrier charges may apply if:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address is provided.
  • Delivery must be rescheduled because the recipient is unavailable.
  • The carrier incurs storage or re-delivery charges.
  • Special delivery requirements are requested after the order has shipped.

Any applicable additional carrier charges may be the responsibility of the customer.

Orders are processed during our normal business hours:

Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 6:00 PM ET

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Before ordering, please ensure that your location can accommodate commercial freight delivery.

If your delivery location has special requirements, such as a residential address, limited-access location, appointment-only delivery, or other freight restrictions, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm the available delivery options and any applicable additional charges.
